Καὶ εἶπον οἱ ἄνδρες Δαυὶδ πρὸς αὐτὸν, ἰδοὺ ἡ ἡμέρα αὕτη, ἣν εἶπε Κύριος πρὸς σὲ παραδοῦναι τὸν ἐχθρόν σου εἰς τὰς χεῖράς σου, καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτῷ ὡς ἀγαθὸν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς σου· καὶ ἀνέστη Δαυὶδ, καὶ ἀφεῖλε τὸ πτερύγιον τῆς διπλοΐδος τοῦ Σαοὺλ λαθραίως.

And the men of David said to him, Behold, this is the day of which the Lord said to you, I will deliver your enemy into your hands, and you will do to him as seems good in your eyes. And David arose and secretly cut off the corner of Saul's cloak.
