Καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς ἐρεῖ ἔναντι Κυρίου τοῦ Θεοῦ σου, Συρίαν ἀπέβαλεν ὁ πατήρ μου, καὶ κατέβη εἰς Αἴγυπτον, καὶ παρῴκησεν ἐκεῖ ἐν ἀριθμῷ βραχεῖ, καὶ ἐγένετο ἐκεῖ εἰς ἔθνος μέγα καὶ πλῆθος πολύ.
