Καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ Θεὸς, τὸ ὄνομά σου οὐ κληθήσεται ἔτι Ἰακὼβ, ἀλλ Ἰσραὴλ ἔσται τὸ ὄνομά σου· καὶ ἐκάλεσε τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Ἰσραήλ.

And God said to him, Your name will no longer be called Jacob, but Israel will be your name, and he called his name Israel.
