ἀπεκρίθη αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἐγὼ παρρησίᾳ ἐλάλησα τῷ κόσμῳ· ἐγὼ πάντοτε ἐδίδαξα ἐν συναγωγῇ καὶ ἐν τῷ ἱερῷ, ὅπου πάντοτε οἱ Ἰουδαῖοι συνέρχονται, καὶ ἐν κρυπτῷ ἐλάλησα οὐδέν.

Jesus answered him, I have spoken openly to the world. I have always taught in the congregation and in the temple, where the Jews always come together, and I have spoken nothing in secret.
